Who we are

Between the factory floor and the buyer’s market.

Rose Craft is a trading, sourcing, and export house. We are not a fabric mill, and the website should not pretend to be one. Manufacturing sits with associate concerns and a vetted factory network. Our work is specification, quality, documents, and delivery.

Why buyers use one partner.

Four reasons stated in the corporate profile. No invented client counts.

01

One-stop sourcing

Apparel, sustainable packaging, and leather accessories under a single trading partner, instead of three separate factory searches.

02

Factory-direct pricing

Local negotiation and a Dhaka desk, so the buyer is not managing the factory relationship alone.

03

Ethical compliance

A stated commitment to fair wages, safe workplaces, and a smaller environmental footprint — through factories that meet the standard the order requires.

04

Flexible quantities

Room for large retail programmes and for boutique brands that are still growing.

How an order moves.

The full sourcing model
01

Collect

The buyer’s order, specification, and destination.

02

Place

Hand the order to supply chain: production, procurement, distribution.

03

Make

Manufacture through associate concerns and vetted factories.

04

Deliver

Ship to the customer’s destination, sea or air.

05

Document

Invoice, packing list, origin papers, and the bill of lading or air waybill.

Built for three markets.

Europe, the United States, and Australia — compliance and speed, not a map of pretend clients.

Europe

  • Origin documents for the preference that applies on the shipment date.
  • Preparation for Digital Product Passport data, not a claim that every style already carries one.
  • Chemical and labelling expectations discussed before fabric is booked.

United States

  • Factories able to meet the labour and safety bar of retail and boutique programmes.
  • Composition declared clearly enough for customs valuation.
  • No promise of a garment GSP that is not in force.

Australia

  • Jute and apparel programmes shaped around preferential access where the rules allow it.
  • Local content understood before the order is costed.
  • Duty and tax paperwork handled with the shipment, not after a hold.

Quality

Checked before it leaves, not after it arrives.

The profile describes pre-production review, raw-material control, in-line monitoring, a final random inspection, and a packaging audit. Acceptable Quality Limit checks are named at AQL 1.5 / 2.5.

  • Samples from the buyer’s sketch or tech-pack, before bulk.
  • In-line inspection while the line is still open.
  • Final inspection and carton marks before the container.

Quality framework

Associate concerns

Named makers, not a stock logo strip.

The profile names four concerns behind jute, knit, woven, and lingerie. Factory addresses and capacities are not in the file, so they are not invented here.
